MediaPipe
tracks your body, hands and face; the avatar copies your pose.
The camera frame shows tracking quality:
green = full body,
amber = show your legs,
red = step into frame.
The avatar only moves when your full body is confidently in view —
otherwise it holds still (tune with the confidence slider). Stand back so your whole
body is visible, well-lit, for the best result.
